VetMarket is a veteran operated business marketplace and resource network designed to connect veterans, veteran owned businesses, veteran operated businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community partners nationwide.
VetMarket provides business listings, promotional opportunities, networking visibility, resource connections, and marketplace related services.
VetMarket does not guarantee sales, contracts, employment, fundraising success, or business performance.
To use VetMarket services, you must:
Businesses represented as veteran owned or veteran operated must accurately represent their affiliation.
VetMarket reserves the right to request verification of military service, business ownership, nonprofit status, or organizational legitimacy.

Membership fees help support Veterans Freedom Network’s mission to build and maintain a national one stop resource network for veterans, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations.
All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through third party payment processors including Stripe.
By submitting payment information, you authorize VetMarket and its payment providers to charge applicable fees.
Annual memberships automatically expire after the applicable term unless renewed.
Featured promotions and advertising services are non refundable once activated or published.
VetMarket reserves the right to change pricing, services, and membership structures at any time.
Marketplace membership fees may be refundable within 7 calendar days of purchase if the business listing has not yet been activated or published.
Once a listing, promotion, advertisement, or featured placement has been published, displayed, or promoted, fees become non refundable.
VetMarket reserves the right to issue refunds, credits, or account adjustments at its sole discretion.
Users are responsible for all content submitted to VetMarket, including:

VetMarket reserves the right to edit, reject, remove, suspend, or deny any listing or content that:

Placement order, visibility duration, and promotional distribution may vary.
VetMarket does not guarantee lead volume, sales conversions, revenue, engagement levels, or customer acquisition results.

VetMarket may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
All VetMarket branding, logos, graphics, website content, platform design, and related materials are the property of Veterans Freedom Network unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit platform materials without written permission.
Businesses retain ownership of their own submitted trademarks, logos, and content.
By submitting content to VetMarket, users grant VetMarket a non exclusive, royalty free license to display, promote, distribute, and market submitted materials in connection with marketplace operations.
Inclusion in VetMarket does not constitute endorsement, certification, accreditation, or verification by Veterans Freedom Network.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with businesses, organizations, or service providers listed on the platform.
VetMarket is not responsible for disputes, contracts, transactions, or services between users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veterans Freedom Network, VetMarket, its officers, volunteers, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for:

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Nebraska.
VetMarket reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to any user or business at any time for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the platform or mission.
VetMarket may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
